Questions we hear a lot.
Custom software or an off-the-shelf product?
If a standard product covers your processes well, we’ll tell you. Custom software pays off when your processes are what sets your business apart, when standard tools only fit with lots of workarounds, or when several systems need to work together cleanly.
Can you take over existing software?
Yes. We analyse what’s there, document it and keep developing it – or replace it step by step without losing any data.
What’s it like working with you?
You deal directly with the people writing the code – no account managers in between. You see working versions regularly and can change course early.
How secure is the software?
Security isn’t an add-on for us. We come from forensics and penetration testing, and we build accordingly: proper access control, encryption, logging and updates that are planned in from the start.
What does a software project cost?
After a first conversation and a short concept phase, you’ll get a quote with a clearly defined scope. We split larger projects into stages so you get usable results early on.
